Your consultation information
This notice explains how the consultation form on this site handles your information.
What you share
The form collects your name, email, phone, city and ZIP code. You may also provide an address, vehicle and charger information, project details, availability, and up to three photos. Only share photos you have permission to provide; avoid people, documents, and other unnecessary personal details.
How it is used
HomeCharge Connect, operated by Day Electric, uses your information to review your home charging questions, contact you, arrange a consultation, and discuss a potential electrician match. Submitting this form does not automatically distribute your request to contractors. We’ll discuss an introduction before sharing your project with an installer.
Storage and access
Requests and photos are stored with the site’s hosting and storage providers. The owner inbox and photos require authorized access. A short-lived technical request identifier is used to limit spam. Do not submit sensitive financial information or payment card details.
Your choices
Optional fields and photos can be left blank. Contact HomeCharge Connect by email to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop consultation follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Business relationship
HomeCharge Connect is a consultation and matching service operated by Day Electric. We may recommend Day Electric or a separate vetted partner based on your location, project requirements, and availability. We identify the installer before an introduction. An installing electrician’s proposal, contract, and privacy practices apply separately to installation services.
No booking or payment
A request is not a confirmed appointment or an installation contract. The introductory consultation is free. This site does not collect payments or store card information.
